tERMS & cONDITIONS

 

1) On agreeing a sitting date, a 50% deposit must be paid before the date can be confirmed

2) Once a date is booked the deposit is non-returnable (exceptions may apply)

3) Upto 7 days before the shoot date you  change the date/time without charge

4) Less than 7 days will incur a charge of £20.

5) If you turn up late to a shoot I cannot guarantee I will be available to make up the time.  If I can I will but that is totally at my discretion

6) In the unlikely event you are not delighted with your images I will offer you a new session.  Any images from the old session will be destroyed. 

7) Full payment must be made on or before the day of the shoot. I can accept payment either by cash or paypal or credit/debit card.

8) I accept no responsibility for the images meeting any commercial requirements.   If the images are for commercial purposes then additonal charges will apply. (other than head and shoulder shots)

9) I carry full public liability insurance, however if you are bringing children to the shoot, please remember it is a working studio and it is your responsibilty to ensure they are not allowed to wander around the studio unsupervised
